Sorry it's taken so long to get back to Steve i got caught up in something.

Any who..... here are the facts as they currently stand -

The HSE carried out an "Evaluation of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and the approved code of practice and guidance"

The HSE have decided that the changes will come in to force as of the 1st of October 2009 and that are reviewing the comments received about the first draft of the changes and as such plan to release the official documentation in April 2009.
